- Philadelphia DHS/Office of Children and Families Update: Philadelphia Office of Children and Families announced that long-time Chief of Performance Management & Technology (PMT), Liza Rodriguez, will be transitioning from her role effective Friday, July 29th. She will be moving to JEVS where she will serve as the Chief Administrative Officer. Effective July 25th, Brittan Hallar will be the new Chief of Performance Management and Technology. Brittan is currently Operations Director for Research and Evaluation at PMT.
