Process for requesting a regulatory waiver and waiver amendments
June 7, 2022 – The following announcements have been released by ODP which can relate to children’s Intellectual Disability/Autism needs:
- Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Bulleting 00-22-02: Requesting a Waiver of Office of Developmental Programs Regulations – The purpose of this bulletin is to establish the process for requesting a waiver of a regulatory requirement.
- ODP Announcement 22-061: IDA Amendments Approved by CMS Effective 6-1-22 – The purpose of this communication is to inform all interested parties of the approval of the amendments to the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS waivers) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
