PCCYFS is preparing its Salary Survey digital publication, slated for release in very early 2023. Don’t miss this opportunity to advertise your business to professionals in the child welfare and related fields. The survey is an invaluable tool for agencies because it provides accurate data for informed HR decision making. It can be used as a guide when determining an organization’s salary policies or comparing an organization’s compensation and benefits with similar positions in other agencies.
Your ad in the PCCYFS Salary Survey will have maximum impact since the publication is released only once every three years. Agencies will continually rely on the newly released document for several years and see your ad each time. The survey focuses on roughly 50 positions within child welfare, juvenile justice, education, and behavioral health agencies, allowing for benchmarking on categories such as total operating revenue, region, and number of employees and contractors. The publication will be available to PCCYFS members who participate in the survey completion for free through the member’s only section of pccyfs.org, and additionally for purchase on the website.
