PA House Bill 2401 Signed Into Law: Amends Health Care Facilities Act to Extend Regulatory Waivers

On 6/30/2022, Governor Wolf signed House Bill 2401 into law which extends waivers that went into effect during the COVID 19 pandemic to October 31, 2022, unless related to federal exemptions. See this PRESS RELEASE that lists all the waivers being spoken of.
