We are a statewide association composed of public and private human service agencies and organizations across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, who provide provide essential services to non-adjudicated, dependent and delinquent children and youth and their families. Our members work in the field of child welfare, behavioral health, juvenile justice and education and deliver services across a continuum of in-home, community based, residential and therapeutic settings.

For more than 45 years, the Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth & Family Services (PCCYFS) has been working to support provider agencies who improve the quality of life for “at risk” children, youth and families. Speaking as a “united voice” for its members, PCCYFS advocates for agencies and providers working hard every day across Pennsylvania.

PCCYFS provides opportunities for its members to network and learn from one another both regionally and statewide. Through special events, workgroups, committees, regional councils, email groups, trainings and our members only website portal, our members know they are never alone when facing a challenge. Our forums and members only website portal allows individuals, organizations and agencies to communicate and share information and resources on topics and issues that are relevant to addressing the needs of children, youth and families.
