- The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) is soliciting proposals from proposers who will coordinate with a healthcare organization to provide housing, housing assistance, supportive services and healthcare services to improve the health and well-being of individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness through innovative Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Programs and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Programs.
