On July 9, 2024, PCCYFS held a webinar on Safety Technology: Combining Human Resources with 21st Century Technology to Create and Maintain Safer Environments with CLPS Consultants.

Webinar Summary:

This session will focus on how CLPS Consultants can assist organizations with safety & security utilizing their SaaS (Software as a Service) in combination with staff training to provide safe and secure environments. Scott will share his experiences with implementation and training of an adjudicated facility in Western Pennsylvania.

Trainer Bio:

Mr. Scott Stahl is the Director of Risk Management at CLPS Consultants. He lives in Oil City, PA with his wife and is the father of three children. He has thirty years of public education experience. During his time in public education, he was an English teacher, coach, and high school principal within the Oil City Area School District. Mr. Stahl was responsible for the Oil City Area School District’s Critical Incident Plan and served as their Safety and Security Officer. He was the administrator in charge of technology and buildings and grounds during his time with Oil City. Mr. Stahl led the Community Safety Protocol Committee joining school entities and first responders from Venango and Forest Counties to discuss and develop consistent practices to address safety and security in school settings. He holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership and Letter of Eligibility both from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
