House Bill 1630, Now Act 98 of 2022, Signed Into Law and is Effective Immediately – Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) Telehealth Regulations Repealed
On October 28, 2022 Governor Wolf signed Act 98 of 2022 into law which now allows for billing and delivery of audio only telehealth for three sections of OMHSAS regulations
