  • On June 6, 2022, Montgomery County announced Nadine Miller as their new Administrator for their Office of Children and Youth. Message from Nadine is below:

I assumed the role of Interim Administrator on April 11th, while continuing my responsibilities of Deputy Administrator of the Resource Division, so it has been a busy time to say the least.  Today is my first official day as Administrator.

For those of you who know me well, I look forward to catching up soon.  For others, I hope to connect in the near future so we can get to know each other better.  In the meantime… I have been in child welfare for over 30 years, with the last 22 ½ years at OCY.  Like many of you, I started as a caseworker and over the years have held a number of different positions affording me the opportunity to grow within child welfare, the past 5 years I have been a Deputy Administrator at the agency.  I care deeply for OCY and I’m truly honored to lead the agency.

Thank you all for the hard work each and every day by you and your staff.  I’m very excited to continue our work together to service the families and children of Montgomery County.
