Restoration of Provider Revalidation for Providers enrolled in the Medical Assistance Program

The Department of Human Services previously requested and was granted a waiver from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that allowed for temporary flexibilities during the Public Health Emergency (PHE) for provider enrollment and revalidation. As of June 1, 2021, provider revalidation as applicable prior to Covid-19 PHE have been reinstated.
