The Office of Children, Youth and Families (OCYF) released Bulletin #3140-21-05, entitled “Federal Title IV-E Invoicing Procedures Manual” for implementation with Title IV-E claims submitted for periods beginning October 1st. This bulletin replaces OCYF Bulletin #3140-20-01 and is effective October 1, 2021.
This bulletin is intended for County Commissioners and Executives, County Children and Youth Administrators, Chief Juvenile Probation Officers, and County Children and Youth Agency Fiscal Officers.
