The Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking qualified community-based organizations to provide services to youth who violate the city’s curfew ordinance. This proposed community-based program is intended to augment DHS’ array of delinquent diversionary services by providing structured activities that promote positive youth development with an emphasis on family engagement, conflict resolution, violence prevention, mentoring/coaching and service linkages.
