On April 3, 2024, the Pennsylvania Senate Aging & Youth Committee held a public hearing on the challenges and opportunities facing Pennsylvania’s Children and Youth Services Agencies. The hearing included Terry Clark, President/CEO of the PA Council of Children, Youth & Family Services as well as panelists from state, county, and other critical partners who generally focused on increasing complexities of youth, unprecedented workforce shortages, the need for funding, and a renewed focus on innovative solutions.
