Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) new and renewal Certificates of Compliance accepted electronically

OMHSAS to accept Certificates of Compliance electronically or hard copy via mail for licensed providers

The Licensing Administration is now accepting applications for new and renewal Certificates of Compliance electronically for providers who are licensed by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS).   For providers preferring to use email to submit the applications, the email address is: 

RA-PWLICADOMHSASPRO@pa.gov

OMHSAS will still accept hard copies in the mail if that is your preferred method of submission.  Please only send them to either the email or physical address, not both.

The renewal application packets will continue to be sent via the USPS 130 days prior to the expiration of your Certificate of Compliance.  The renewal Certificates of Compliance will continue to be sent via email to the email address noted on the application.  

OMHSAS providers who are required to submit a payment for the Certificate of Compliance will still have to send via mail or courier to:
