The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services – Office of Children, Youth and Families (OCYF) released a memorandum on December 2, 2021. The purpose of the memorandum is to provide continued guidance related to Pennsylvania’s implementation of the Title IV-E Prevention Program under the Family First Prevention Services Act. This memorandum addresses some of the major questions received from counties. OCYF is in the process of developing additional tools and opportunities for technical assistance.
