May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

May is a special month to highlight Mental Health Awareness and how far we have come with decreasing stigma and encouraging friends, family, community members to seek help if they are in need. But we still have work to do with promoting mental health wellness as it is just as important as promoting physical health wellness. President Biden issued a proclamation designating May 2024 as Mental Health Awareness month on a national level.
PCCYFS has listed a few resources below for anyone to use themselves, share with others, or just read to be knowledgeable of what is available:
