PCCYFS is excited to present a hybrid in-person/virtual conference for 2022!
The theme, “Navigating the Future,” refers to the path forward we need to travel to overcome the obstacles the pandemic and other factors have created for those interested and directly involved in serving children, youth, and families in crisis. The informative and engaging speakers will present ideas and remedies to help move beyond COVID-19 and other challenges to aid in ensuring a positive and successful future for everyone.
The PCCYFS 2022 Conference includes a dynamic keynote speaker on Wednesday and a lively panel discussion with a slate of Pennsylvania Deputy Secretaries, Thursday, followed by an informal reception with the panel. There will be 18 educational sessions on industry-relevant topics, including workforce development, research, LGBTQ issues, trauma-informed care, addiction issues, leadership, technology, and more. Wednesday’s sessions include a panel discussion featuring youth who have traveled through the child welfare system and persevered through countless challenges. PA State Representative Kate Klunk will also address relevant issues during a session on Wednesday, as well. We think you will find all the presentations useful and thought-provoking.
Networking activities are available throughout the event as are opportunities to engage with our exhibitors.
