In response to provider challenges with obtaining liability insurance, PCCYFS advocated for the passage of HB2214 in the 2021-2022 legislative session as an important step in addressing these issues. HB2214 makes void or unenforceable language in contracts that seek to shift liability to a provider regardless of who is at fault.
