Unique Strengths and Challenges of Kinship Families, Parts 1 and 2

This two-part webinar begins by helping participants understand both the unique strengths of and challenges faced by kinship families and how to begin the process of successfully engaging kinship families as part of the child’s team to work towards safety, permanency and well-being for the children in their care. This session will include a discussion of the conflicting feelings kinship caregivers have related to working with the agency and supporting children’s relationships with their birth-families.
