Time Management for Your Team
Do you want another hour or two added to your day? Are you constantly feeling like you are unable to complete all your tasks? The most important skill a social service professional can have is time management, for themselves, and as a leader, be able to use their skills to maximize the potential of each team member as an individual. Attend this workshop to understand core skills of time management and to understand how factors such as trauma can impact productivity.
