Self-care and Alternative Interventions

Have you ever wondered about adopting or increasing a self-care practice? What about other alternative interventions that may help? During this learning experience we will explore the practice and essential use of self-care and adopting other possible alternative interventions that may assist in not only helping ourselves with the balance of life, but also role-model and learn ways to support others.

Learning Experience:

•             Explore symptoms of stress burnout

•             Define self-care

•             Explore alternative interventions (such as mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki)

•             Develop a personalized self-care action plan

•             Live meditation practice 

•             Adopt skills to help guide others!
