Leading a Diverse Team
Have you ever been frustrated or confused by another’s behavior, especially in the workplace? By exploring personality theory and the MBTI personality assessment tool we can learn more about not only ourselves, but also others and how to best relate and work with them. This theory according to analytical psychologist Carl Jung, who developed a theory of psychological types designed to categorize people in terms of various personality patterns, focuses on four basic psychological functions. This theory later led to the development of the now-famous Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or MBTI assessment tool used in most fortune 500 companies and around the world. During this interactive and engaging workshop, we will explore the core principals of personality theory and how the MBTI personality assessment tool can be used to help manage teams.
