Leadership 3.0: Strengthening Your Team in a Virtual Climate

Group supervision and team bonding is an essential part of any work setting, and is key in boosting staff morale and productivity. In today’s climate it requires creativity and flexibility to achieve this in a remote work setting. Participants will work together to practice some of these techniques and better understand what will work for their respective teams.
