Documentation for Caseworkers

This course will cover how to write thorough and professional case notes (and other common documents) used in prevention and child welfare agencies throughout Pennsylvania.  Some of the topics covered include: how to effectively use professional language in documentation; utilizing the DAP format to write case notes; common grammatical mistakes and how to avoid making them. There is also a section on the effect of procrastination on quality writing and techniques to break this habit.
