Civil Rights Compliance (CRC) Submission Clarification for Licensed Department of Human Services (DHS) Facilities

On August 22, 2022 a message was sent to DHS licensed facilities regarding changes in how to provide information related to civil rights compliance. That communication is below for reference. Since that time, several questions have been received and further clarification was needed.
