Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Multicultural Practices Provider Survey

CBH is pursuing the distinction as a Multicultural Health Care (MHC) Managed Care Organization as part of the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA) Accreditation. The NCQA Distinction in MHC identifies organizations that excel in providing culturally and linguistically sensitive services and work to reduce health care disparities.

To ensure that Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) are available and accessible to CBH members, we would like to assess the cultural responsiveness (attitudes, awareness, and abilities) of the provider network. By surveying the provider network, we will gain an understanding of current cultural beliefs and practices of individuals and providers.

CBH is inviting all individuals working at your location/facility in the CBH network to complete the Multicultural Practices Provider Survey. The online survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. We are asking for your support with this effort by allowing your direct care staff, clinicians, supervisors/managers, administrators, etc. to complete the survey. Participation in the survey is voluntary and all responses will be kept confidential and anonymous.

The survey will be available to the CBH Provider Network beginning Monday, August 16, 2021, and run through Sunday, September 19, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. To access the survey, click here.

If you have any questions regarding the Multicultural Provider Survey, please contact your CBH Provider Representative.
