Beacon Health Options of Pennsylvania – Updated Covered Services Grid

The Beacon Health Options of Pennsylvania’s Covered Services Grid has been updated effective August 1, 2021. This grid lists all the service classes, modifiers, and service codes for authorizations and billing purposes. Changes/updates are highlighted in orange.

Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Provider Notice: Ipswitch Claims Late Submission Folder Activation

Starting August 23, 2021, the Claims Late Submission Folder will become operational in the CBH Ipswitch Secured File Transfer Application for Electronic Data Interchange Claims. The Claims Late Submission Folder is only allowed for prior approved late submission appeals and those submitted file or files will be reviewed by the CBH Technical Analyst for final processing releasing. The file or files will be processed within the normal CBH processing period.

Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Request for Proposals for ASAM 2.1

CBH is seeking providers to deliver services in alignment with American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) 2.1 Intensive Outpatient treatment services in Philadelphia County. Community Behavioral Health (CBH) – Exposure Therapy for Anxiety Disorders training

Wednesday, August 18, 2021

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Dr. Sandy Capaldi will present information on cognitive behavioral conceptualizations of anxiety disorders, emotional processing theory, and the specific applications of emotional processing theory to various anxiety disorders. Basic CBT techniques (assessment, psychoeducation, exposure techniques, and homework assignments) will also be reviewed. BHTEN is a co-sponsor of this workshop and CEUs are available. Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH) CCARE (Community Care’s Anti-stigma Resources and Education) Anti-Stigma Campaign

Community Care is participating in an effort to improve engagement and quality of care in substance use disorder service – the Successful Prevention, Early Detection, Treatment, and Recovery (SPEDTAR). Two population health activities during this project are medication-assisted treatment information and reducing stigma through our anti-stigma campaign (CCARE).
