RFP for a Provider of Functional Family Therapy through Child Welfare: An Evidence-Based Intervention

Due Date: 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 11, 2021

Allegheny County, on behalf of its Department of Human Services (DHS), is seeking a provider for the evidence-based program Functional Family Therapy through Child Welfare (FFT-CW). FFT-CW is a strengths-based program that address the maltreatment and neglect concerns of families with children and youth through cognitive behavior interventions and child development education, and by engaging the whole family in counseling, planning and problem solving. FFT-CW is an important part of DHS’s effort to build a continuum of prevention services that are culturally responsive and tailored to families’ individual needs.

An optional pre-proposal information session for this RFP will be held via Microsoft Teams webinar and conference call from 11 a.m. to noon, Thursday, July 22, 2021.
