| Funding Announcement Title: 2025-27 Violence & Delinquency Prevention Programs Purpose: To advance state and local projects that align with priorities and needs articulated in the PA 2025 Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Plan and PCCD’s 2026-2030 Strategic Framework. Goal: To strengthen community-based strategies that prevent youth violence, delinquency, and other problem behaviors, expand diversion and deflection opportunities, and support successful reentry in accordance with Balanced and Restorative Justice guiding principles. Plan Year: 2025 Release Date: 2/18/2026 Due Date: 4/6/2026 Concept Papers Required: No Competitive/Noncompetitive: Competitive Amount Announced: $5,000,000.00 Eligibility: local units of government (counties, municipalities), nonprofit organizations, private providers offering services to system-involved youth, and institutions of higher education. |

Once your registration is accepted, select the Login button. Enter the User ID and Password established when you registered, and Login to the system through the Egrants Production link.
