2009 PCCYFS Annual Spring Conference Registration & Online Payment

DIRECTIONS: Purchases are completed via secured checkout, and payments can be made via PayPal, major credit card, or debit card (sorry, bank purchase cards do not work with PayPal). Please note that there will be a non-refundable $8.75 PCCYFS handling charge added to your total registration fee, which will be shown in the Shipping & Handling field on your PayPal receipt. Refer the paragraphs below for instructions on how to move between this registration form and your shopping cart. • To review your final order and checkout, click on the View Cart button at the bottom of the screen (or open your minimized shopping cart).

• To remove an unwanted item from your cart, click on the View Cart button at the bottom of this screen and update your cart's contents by either changing the quantity, or clicking on the Remove checkbox. You MUST click on the UPDATE CART button to effect the change.
